The whole project, in one place.
Tasks, docs, databases and money live with the project they belong to, next to a password vault encrypted on your device. One calm app instead of five.

How work flows
From first thought to finished project
Five steps every project goes through, all in one app and on the same data.
Capture
Out of your head in a second
Press Q on any screen and start typing. “Tomorrow 11:00”, a project, a label or a priority turn into fields as you go, so the task lands where it belongs and you get back to what you were doing.
Plan
See every project at a glance
View projects as a list, a gallery or a board with stages as columns. Each project carries a short code and a stage, so a pitch never gets mixed up with a job in progress.
Write together
Share the page, keep the file
Open a page together and you see each other’s faces in the header and your teammate’s caret in their color. ⌘Z undoes only your own edits. Underneath, the page is still a plain Markdown file.
Decide
See trouble coming
Project insights puts it all on one panel: what’s overdue or due this week, how far along the work is, what got done in the last seven days and who’s carrying what.
Hand off
Let Claude work alongside you
The Claude connector talks to the same API as the interface. A key is issued the moment you connect, and Claude can see and change exactly what you can, nothing more.
Up close
Built for everyday work
Tasks, pages, records and money share the same projects, people and permissions, so nothing gets copied between apps.
Tasks
Today, Upcoming and an hourly calendar
Tasks from all your teams in one list — and a Done log that shows what the week actually produced.
- Subtasks and linked tasks
- Quick add from any screen with Q
- Bold and links right in the task title
Documents
See how your pages connect
The Connections view draws your pages as a graph, linked by project and folder, labels, @-mentions and tasks. Pages nothing points to sit apart, so they're easy to spot.
- The same labels as your tasks, one click to filter
- Browse as rows, covers or a graph
- Every page is a plain Markdown file
Databases
Your own reference tables
Suppliers, materials, anything the project keeps track of — with the fields you need and nothing you don't.
- Table, board and gallery over the same records
- Filters, plus CSV import and export
- A page for every record, with a cover
Canvas
Think in cards beside the page
A canvas lives inside the same document as the text — same folder, same access. Nothing to export, nothing to keep in sync.
- Task and page cards stay live, not copies
- Drop photos straight onto the canvas
- Grow the tree from the keyboard
Finance
The project's money, not a spreadsheet
Every payment carries its project, so you can filter by it, and every team adds up into one overview.
- Payments and budgets in several currencies
- Accounts, cash and transfers between them
- Only people you allow can see the money
Password vault
Passwords even our server can't read
The vault is encrypted on your device before anything leaves it. Our server keeps bytes it has no key to.
- Unlock with Touch ID or Face ID
- No API hands out what's inside
- Never shows up in search, Markdown files or guest links
Teams & roles
Bring everyone in
Invite people in one step and give each the role they need. On team plans, a new person never changes the bill.
- Four roles, set per team
- Guest links to a single page or canvas
- Notifications when others act on your things
Our approach
Opinions we built in
Clusker doesn't try to be everything. We made a few decisions on day one, and every screen follows from them.
-
The project comes first
Tasks, documents, records and money attach to a project instead of scattering across apps. A label says where the work stands, not what it's about.
-
Your notes are plain files
Every page is a Markdown file, and that file is the original, not an export. Two versions of your notes are never silently merged.
-
Passwords are encrypted on your device
The server stores your passwords but can't open them, and the vault has no API at all. Search, agents and guest links never reach it.
-
No back door for agents
The app, Claude over MCP and your own scripts all go through the same API. An agent gets exactly the teams and the role of the person whose key it holds.
-
Finished, not an MVP
No sprints, no story points, no half-built screens. Every view knows what to show when it's empty, when you don't have access and when the connection drops.
-
Pricing that doesn't punish inviting
You pay for the team, not for each person in it, so nobody thinks twice before inviting a bookkeeper for two documents or a contractor for a month.
“One product instead of Notion, Todoist, Apple Notes and a password manager — with the project, not the folder, at the center.”
Your whole project, under one roof.
Start on your own today and bring the team in when the work calls for it.
